Important Reminders:

• If you are selling a property a property with Condo fees, as seller you are responsible for requesting and providing an Estoppel Certificate from your Condo Corporation/Condo Management company. It may take up to 10 Days to obtain this document (Seller is reponsible for costs of Estoppel certificate).

• If you are selling a Semi detached or detached house or Town House that is not part of a condomium plan you are responsible for requesting a Real Property Report (Seller is responsible for the cost of Real Property Report). Please plan for the time it may take to obtain this document.

• If you are refinancing your mortgage, depending on the institution and property type, an Estoppel Certificate or a Real Property Report may also be required. Please contact us to confirm.
