When supporting law firms, ESM provides administrative, paralegal, law‑clerk, and intake‑related services under the direction and supervision of the lawyer, solely to assist in the efficient delivery of the lawyer’s services. All legal services are provided exclusively by the licensed lawyer, who retains full responsibility and control over all legal work and professional judgment.
